Welcome to Qortoba Baabdat 

Our Journey began in May 2015. located in the Mountainous Region of Lebanon we renovated our traditional stone house delicately and with love. While doing so we selected and developed our menu items bit by bit discussing the most intimate details of our recipes and products, should our olive oil be brought in from the south or the north? Should we farm our own vegetables or partner with farms around the country? As our traditional way of thought is, so is our cuisine Lebanese, Aleppo, and Armenian. 

From the salt in our ingredients to the music playing in our home, we strive to perfect the experience of our guests. Join us as we embark a sensational journey of culinary experiences.
